Skullcap Tea

Preparation: Place 1-2 teaspoons of dried skullcap in a cup, pour hot water over it, and let it steep for about 10-15 minutes. Strain and enjoy.

 

Infused Oil:

  • Ingredients: Dried skullcap leaves or aerial parts and a carrier oil (e.g., olive oil).
  • Preparation: Place dried skullcap in a jar and cover it with the carrier oil. Seal the jar and let it sit in a cool, dark place for several weeks, shaking it daily. Strain the oil before use.
  • Usage: Skullcap-infused oil can be applied topically on the skin
